Work for money or work for experience?

When we go into an interview, do you say 'I'm here for experience' or 'I'm here for the money'.
The honest answer is money of course, or else why would you be doing it unless its for community service... which is highly unlikely for most people, especially in our contemporary society. However, if you say you're there for the money, your chances of getting into the company is unlikely because that gives an impression that you'll only put in effort if there's a satisfied amount of money you will be given.

All the interviews I went for was for experience and money. I started working for the past two years experiencing many types of jobs and realized that money is what motivates us to get off our butts and arrive at work, force a smile to other employees and give the best impressions to the managers.

What I'm trying to say is, next time you go into an interview, instead of 'I'm here for the money' say 'I would love to work here because I believe I have the capabilities to contribute greatly to your company.'

That's it! Walah!! You got the job. ~ 20% to go though...

P.s if you do get the job, stay there for as long as you can (around 2 years) resume for your next jobs see that you can work for them for a satisfied amount of years!

Imagine?

I have a friend whom I am not close with. This person lost someone very dear to them and my sincere sympathy goes out to them. I believe that every person you meet... treat them with respect, dignity and serenity. I have not only learnt this through work, education life or family life, but through my own experience.

Everybody is born different in their own unique ways and I also believe you should not judge people by only a few of your senses, but by the use of all of your sense.
Hear them
Listen to them
Speak to them etc.
It is normal to judge people by their looks, because we are not perfect, we are humans. Our mistakes becomes our guide to the right paths to life. Firstly, this is because you realized it was a mistake and secondly, since you knew it was a mistake you can fix it because there is always a solution to everything.

This particular friend I know, is constantly excluded in many things. I became aware of this and most of the time did not speak up for that person because I realized this person did not need my help. This person helped themselves, which I truly admire as an inspiration, aspiration and as a challenge. A challenge to contradict the normal human behavior of judging people, because I have been the bully, I've experienced being bullied and I definitely will stand up and not tolerate bullying or excludance of humans. Because we are the same, not precisely, but as a type. Just like how we categorize other animals.

The Ulitmate Gift

Top 5 of the day!

The gift of money.

Money is nothing more than a tool. It can be a force for good, a force for evil, or simply be idle.

The gift of friends.

It is a wealthy person indeed, who calculates riches not in gold but in friends.

The gift of learning.

Education is a lifelong journey whose destination expands as you travel.

The gift of problems

Problems can only be avoided by exercising good judgement. Good judgement can only be gained by experiencing life's problems

The gift of family.

Some people are born into wonderful families. Others have to find or create them. Being a member of a family is a priceless privilege which costs nothing but love.

People

I believe one day in life you will find someone truly worth living with. No matter what they look like, when it will be or how it had come about. I, personally have not met that person yet, or have figured out that I have, and how will you do this? Patience, is all I can say. Don't push away people that care for you because they may as well have been the one. You will know when it the time comes, as they are the ones who will listen to you vent, cry with you when you are sad, or maybe not even any of those. They are the ones who care about you by showing random acts of kindness. I hope you open your heart and do not be afraid of getting hurt, because that would only make you stronger.
